Not one thing people are no help very rude didn't have anyone clean the caravan even though they said we can not go in early as the cleaners are there we had to go home early because of the mold and my son getting bitten in the bed didn't even empty the bin . People save up all year to get away and people just rob you like that please don't give them ur money

My son got bitten in the bed thay didn't get anyone to clean the caravan before we got there was mold all over the walls i told them about it and thay didn't want to know we ended up going home after one night as my miss has copd and the mold is bad for her I told them and didn't get a reply till we got home saying if you told us we could of put you up somewhere else a bit late for that i ask for a refund not all of it and she said ur not getting anything back we don't do refunds don't book with them

The location was brilliant

Arrived and it wasn't very clean ,bedding dirty ,pillows felt damp no mattress protectors on ,mattress needs changing in main bedroom ,single beds held together with screws & a piece off wood very dangerous.

"Was nice weather so that made it better but the caravan needs some improvements, new matteress and deep cleaning."

Location Was very close to fantasy island and had parking near to caravan

It wasn’t very clean l, the beds need new mattresses.

Very well equipped and clean pretty much all the way through! Perfect location and lovely caravan park, van itself was beautiful! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

The only thing that may have let it down was the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly, mainly the toilet, the shower was spotless but under the rim of the toilet seat had wee stains and hairs but nothing a quick wipe didn’t fix!
