Limpeza, cozinha e localização foram os pontos fortes.

O internet não funcionou bem, dos 14 dias que fiquei o tempo todo travava e caía a conexão, entramos em contato com a acomodação e a única resposta foi para reiniciar o modem e o roteador. Outro ponto que poderia melhorar, é que nenhuma das janelas dos quartos tem black out, e a claridade logo cedo atrapalha quem quer dormir até um pouco mais tarde.

Here are some pictures of things that are damaged or not going well in the apartment. Honestly, we are very disappointed with the state of the apartment, especially for the price we paid. In the photos it looks new and in reality a lot of things are not going well or are damaged. frames, lights are missing, the bed is a disaster that is constantly squeaking as soon as we make the slightest movement in the bed. the bed is really in a shameful and unacceptable state. We have also never been told to our baby cot request when requested from the day of booking. When people damage the apartment you do not use this money to repair or improve the conditions of the apartment. it is deplorable. we are extremely disappointed. it is the 3rd apparently that we rent in the residence and it is the first time that we have so many bad surprises.

It was spacious, the location was perfect! It was so affordable and made it very easy to cook and just enjoy our vacation. Loved it !!

Cleaning and location

The property was beautiful and the apartment was in excellent condition, aside from the sofa bed. The pictures are absolutely true to life. We loved that the apartment was an end unit. The view from the balcony was great. We could easily see the waterway and a little farther away, we could see part of the on-site waterpark. The furniture was nice and comfortable. The beds were comfortable enough. There were even a (very) few hangers in the closets and (bonus!) clothes hampers to help keep dirty clothes neat. The property management checked with us daily through the app to make sure everything was ok and responded in a timely manner whenever we had a question. The property is in a great location, just off Osceola Parkway. It was an easy drive to the Disney parks. The contract was clear on what was provided as far as paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags) and dishwasher / washer supplies. We brought our own so we had enough. I highly recommend bringing your own. We were all impressed and enjoyed our stay very much. We will definitely stay there again.

These are mostly minor irritations. The sofa bed was not usable - one of the supports was broken - but it was not obvious until we attempted to set the sofa bed up to sleep on. We had to improvise, but it was only for one night (some friends were only there for one night) then we used the bedroom our friends stayed in. We reported it and the property management offered to come fix it during our stay. Since we didn’t need it after the first night, we declined and they said they would fix it after we left. The washer was closed when we arrived. It smelled musty when I opened it, but I expected that (common issue at rentals & hotels). I was glad I had brought a washer cleaning pod (labeled as safe for all washers and drainage systems). The apartment is not completely soundproof. lol. At night, we could easily hear people in other apartments moving around, such as kids running, someone dropping something heavy, etc. Luckily, we brought fans which we used every night thereafter to help cover the noise. The rule about the thermostat being set to no lower than 72 was annoying but understandable. The information on how to dispose of trash was conflicting between the contract and the property app. When I contacted the (very responsive) property management, they told me something completely different from either source. (It was much easier than the other options.) I felt that could be communicated better. The only other tiny thing was the floor could have been cleaner, but it wasn’t bad.
