Apartment is dated and not maintained, floor tiles peeled off in main bedroom bathroom door, basin light not working in bathroom, no soap holder in shower,coakroaches under unit below TV, DSTV not connected requires owner's password.

The accommodation was very clean and well-equipped. The pictures accurately represented the accommodation, and the view was fantastic.

The hotel needs to implement a more efficient parking system. The current manual process, where a security guard who changes shifts every few hours, questions guests upon entry about their parking authorization, is ineffective. There is no reliable way for them to verify authenticity, which led to our allocated parking bay being taken by someone else causing a series of issues.

The room is beautiful and so is the view. It’s fully equipped and centrally located.

Sofa in the lounge could have been more comfortable

1. Booking.Com cherged the wrong rate only after I insert my card I see 1460 from 860.00... Would've been fair to know this did not include rates a bit more evident. 2. as we were sleeping there was noise and some girl crying in the other apartment(more like she was getting harassed) ... And that made us uncomfortable and my woman to feel unsafe

The apartment met and exceeded our expectations!!! My wife and I were amazed, the condition of the whole apartment was superb, the cleanliness with the fresh nice smell, I mean everything was what we needed... We both agreed, that's the place we would definitely go back to should we need a stay in the Cape Town CBD Thanks to everyone who made sure the apartment exceed our expectations

The noise, but mostly it was from the surrounding entertainment places

The lication is convinient and easily accesible, comfortable huge bed with enough blanketa in case winter! Oh the two TVs wow, my sis and didn’t have to fight!

There some cockroaches that you could see they were from neighbours! We starved them by making sure it’s clean always, and kept food in the fridge until throwing down.
