Muy fácil todo para ingresar, bonito lugar. El Wifi, estuvo bajo en servicio, pero entiendo que es responsabilidad del operador (ninguno Tigo o Claro funcionan bien a nivel de país)

The beds were absolutely awesome. Very comfortable.

Hot water was difficult to get. The electrical appliance/coil did not work well. Would have appreciated some coffee maker filters, cremora and "go" cups for those of us who left early or expected this to be available

Casi todo, el personal 10/10, las habitaciones 10/10 y que la cocina está equipada con todo lo necesario, a mi familia y a mi nos sentimos en casa con tanta comodidad.

Me gustó todo pero si hay que tomar en cuenta la ubicación ya que es un lugar que está algo retirado, pero si tienen auto solo tomar en cuenta el tráfico.

El lugar es muy acogedor El diseño excelente Todo en su lugar Quedamos muy satisfechos con el servicio, creo que no hay nada más que pedir y el precio está muy bien.

Solo la entrada creo que se podría arreglar para que tenga una mejor presentación el hotel, por lo demás !excelente!

El apartamento con todas las comodidades en relación a las habitaciones, cocina, sala. Muy buena atención de Valeria, muy atenta. Sólo tener en cuenta que se encuentra en tercer nivel, por si llevan a alguien con dificultades para subir gradas. Pero ya estando en el lugar es muy cómodo
