2BR Near The Beach !Walk 2 Everything!

The location to the restaurants, bars and shopping was great. The garden area and porches in front of the 1-bedroom units were very nice. We sat out there most of the time since a friend was staying in one. The beds were very comfortable. With the exception of the large No smoking signs inside the unit, the decor was nice.

The 2 bedroom apartment is run down. It needs an update. No water pressure in sinks, no hot water in shower. Closet door in our bedroom was off the rail and sat inside the closet. The hot tub only works from 7pm-10pm. The pool was dirty with leaves one day and green the next even after someone came to clean it. The blinds to the large window in the living room had no wands to open them. They had been removed. Overall, it was a disappointment compared to the 1 bedroom in that building that our friend was in.

The shower had mildew and the shower curtain was stained. The water pressure was horrible. Ith bathroom needs to be updated

Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Pool area was nice.

Not in a safe area - multiple homeless people camped around edges of property. Laundry in a different building (not in rental as listing makes you think). The "full time security" that is advertised is literally just a code for the door. There is no security. The hot tub jets don't work and the hot tub only works for a few hours at night, which the host does not inform you. There were many bugs in the unit. The host was VERY unresponsive, rude and unhelpful as issues were raised. Would not recommend staying here.

Location near the beach and beach mall was excellent. Apartment was well furnished, comfortable seating and nicely decorated. Two bathrooms was great (one just a toilet and sink but made a big difference in our stay). It had both a front and rear balcony, and the front balcony included some chairs (but one was broken). It included beach chairs and towels, which was super appreciated. The pool and spa are really decorative and attractive and the landscaping makes it quite private. Access to laundry facilities was great -- especially because we were staying a whole week. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and lots of cooking gear, but we could have used at least one large pot (there were just two small ones). All appliances worked well and were nice and clean. Two TVs, one in the living room and one in the main bedroom (but weirdly the secondary bedroom with two beds was the nicer bedroom) -- each with basic cable and access to Netflix, etc.

We arrived for a week stay as a family to find a single roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a single roll of cheap paper towels, and a single trash bag in a trash can. There were no kitchen towels, and no dishwasher -- so drying dishes was a challenge. These are easy and cheap problems to fix -- it degrades the experience a lot to have to immediately go shopping for toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels. The A/C unit stopped working on our first evening there and it was a holiday week so it took a bit to get someone to get out and get it fixed -- I had to make a lot more phone calls and texts than I should have to get it resolved. The spa jets never worked -- I reported this on day one and they said they'd send someone. Nobody came. Still, the hot tub was hot (but it doesn't work during the day -- only evening hours 5-10pm). The oven smoked a lot when we used it, setting off the smoke alarm each time. Recommend the housekeeping staff give it a good cleaning. Speaking of smoke alarms, one went off in the middle of the night due to low battery -- annoying but hard to predict. We were on an upper unit and every time we moved a chair it made a lot of noise for our downstairs neighbors -- so much that they actually commented to me about it. Not much to do about that except maybe provide better chair slides.

The property was convenient place to walk to the beach. Parking was good. It was close to restaurants walking distance out to the restaurants.

We noticed a few bugs like little roaches

I normally do not leave reviews but I loved everything about the place, the self check in/out, had everything anyone can need for a beach day including chairs, towles and umbrella, kitchen was cleaned and fully equipped with everything we needed including a grill lighter which came in handy for the birthday cake, The rooms were amazing good size my kids loved it so much they rather hang there then go to peanut island which is why we were there in the first place.

There is nothing I really was able to find except yes it is sound proof unless your in unit 7 or 8 near the laundry room then you can hear everything or they can hear you inside but only if they are in that joining hallway.
