Gute Lage in ruhiger Straße, Hafennähe. Gute Ausstattung, schöne Holz-Wandverkleidungen. Gute Absprache mit Vermieterin.

An kühlen Tagen ist das Appartement zu kalt, keine Heizmöglichkeit in Bad und Wohnzimmer zumal die Aussentür undicht ist und Lücken aufweist die im Gegenlicht deutlich erkennbar sind. An den Mauern abseits der Holzwände gibt es Feuchtigkeitsschäden, Farbe blättert ab, ev. Schimmelbildung. Treppe ins Obergeschoss ist sehr steil.

Great little home with all the things to make it feel like a comfy home base. The local sweets were a great touch and we loved staying here

Just be careful coming down the stairs from the loft bedroom.
