The front desk staff very unhelpful

Getting your room cleaned and resupplied became an issue. When questioned the front desk told me that they do it in waves, so they may come in your room several times during the course of the day til it is cleaned and resupplied. I advised that was unacceptable.

I did not even check into this hotel, there were police in the area that said it was not a safe place to stay. They had frequent calls to that hotel and surrounding area for drugs, solicitation, and said that my vehicle would probably not be safe there. The pictures of the rooms look nice and I understand it underwent a recent remodel, so I am sure they are trying to make it a better place, but I took the officers recommendation and chose not to stay.

Clean. Kitchettes. Large rooms.

It was a great stay been very comfortable and made me feel safe. Great quiet place to stay highly recommend

Roaches. They require a pet deposit but maintain roaches. Go figure

Great area with amazing eating options and kitchenette rooms for a great rate

Good place. Friendly staff and clean room's safe area unlike most of Houston area. Pet friendly. My dog and i enjoy it. Thanks.

Spider and other bugs in room. Did not notice until leaving. Slept great
