- convenient location - good facilities - great communication from staff

- there was no parking permit therefore i had to park else which was a bit of a hassle for me as i had a lot of luggage (will be reimbursed) - wifi wasn’t working, and unfortunately I was there while on study days which made it difficult for me to get my work done. I was told that someone would come and have a look at the wifi router the next day, but no one turned up & nothing was communicated regarding it as well

Everything was perfect

The view from the living space window was lovely.

Struggled to lock the door properly and could still open it from outside sometimes. Sofas were extremely low and thin material. Couldn’t find the lock box with the code very hard to do. A lot of the furniture was broken upon entry which I had taken photos of yet I still didn’t get my deposit back. Fully tidied the appartment and stripped the bed before leaving so still can’t understand why.

Amazing location, right in the heart of birmingham with shops very close by, easy to get to from new street train station

didn’t have hot water on the first night as the boiler was a bit confusing to work, instruction leaflet would have helped. heating in the living room also didn’t work, as well as one of the windows seemed to be broken

Good location. Apartment with everything you need.

It’s quite noisy at night from 1:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. due to people partying in the area. The living room definitely needs new sofas.
