Our stay at this hotel in Lepetani was a mix of pros and cons. While the scenery is beautiful, and the hotel is conveniently located near the ferry station, making island crossings easy, there were several downsides to our experience. One major issue is the location—it’s quite far from the main attractions in Montenegro, such as Kotor and Perast. The nearest bus station is about 12 minutes away, which makes traveling to key places a bit inconvenient if you don’t have a car. Unfortunately, the owner was not very friendly and did not offer much assistance for tourists, which made our stay less welcoming. Additionally, the room lacked basic storage, as there were no cabinets to hang our clothes, which was quite inconvenient for a longer stay. Overall, while the natural views are stunning, the lack of hospitality and accessibility makes it less ideal for those looking to explore Montenegro comfortably. If you’re planning to stay here, be prepared for limited amenities and minimal assistance.

Goran is very nice and helpful. Responds promptly with a smile. Location is great. Good restaurant 100 meters away. Ferry is next to restaurant as well as a small grocery store. 2 ways to Kotor. Fast is 20 minutes away, scenic depends on the amount of stops. Awesome views around.

Too small. Bathroom is tiny. The water heater is smallish, careful if washing hair, hot water may just run out. Seems like still some renovation going on. Very small windows that open to sidewalk, most of the unit is below ground level. Still, for a night or 2, it's OK, just.

The place was very clean with a pleasant host. Overall a great place to stay
