Era spaziosa e con molti bagni. La posizione era ottima, ma parcheggio difficile da trovare

Era sporca, abbiamo trovato 3 blatte la prima sera. L’assistenza da parte della signora che controllata il tutto è stata scortese, maleducata e poco apprensiva. Le chiavi della piscina ci sono state consegnate solamente dopo 3 giorni dal check-in, sotto continui reclami da parte nostra. Pensate che per ricevere queste chiavi siamo dovuti passare da almeno 3 persone, ognuna delle quali faceva scarica barile su un altra persona. Siamo stati accusati di creare problemi solo perché eravamo alla ricerca di un compenso economico. Direi che è un atteggiamento inaccettabile da parte di una struttura ricettiva. Anche perchè, i problemi segnalati non erano pochi. Oltre le blatte, abbiamo trovato peli nelle lenzuola, il pavimento non era correttamente pulito, dai bagni fuoriusciva un odore di fogna insopportabile e dopo un giorno le tazze di 3 bagni si sono intasate. in questo caso per fortuna siamo stati assistiti, ma ciò non toglie la scortesia con cui siamo stati trattati dal primo all’ultimo giorno del nostro alloggio.

Arrived to find the apartment very dirty, stains on bed, curtains and floors not cleaned. Also a horrendous smell coming from the drains that filled the entire apartment. Contacted staff who came out the next day and attempted to rectify situation by cleaning some areas but difficult as we were now occupying property and tbh it needed a full deep clean. Staff put gel down drains which masked smell for a bit but it came back stronger! Lots of items broken or poorly built.. wardrobe swung from side to side! Apartment also became unbelievably hot, no air con, and seemed to trap the heat so it was impossible to cool down indoors. Between the heat and drain smell we couldn’t eat in the apartment. No where to hang washing/pool towels as no outside space. Living room/kitchen is combined with only a small two seater sofa and wooden garden furniture so no where for everyone to sit. Felt like student accommodation. Area in which apartments located isn’t great, aware it was on a steep hill which was fine but street covered in dog poo and graffiti. No holiday feel here whatsoever. Eventually found alternative accommodation, at our own expense, and moved for remainder of stay. Would definitely not recommend especially to families. Also still waiting for our security deposit to be refunded.
