Sehr sauberes B&B mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern. Super Frühstück.

Excellent facilities, spacious and comfortable room and beds. Large selection of food available for breakfast. Very hospitable tenants. I recommend this place.

Everything was good and taken care of.

Frühstück war super. Am Vortag wurde gefragt, was man haben möchte. Zimmer mit Aussicht. Riesen Fenster... Sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter, die im Vorfeld auch Tips bzgl. Abendessen gaben Da es sehr abgelegen lag, wardies sehr hilfreich und zuvorkommend.

We booked two rooms, both of them very roomy with lots of space to spread out and with all the conveniences you might want, including a little fridge, coffee maker, seating area with comfy chairs, a wardrobe to hang your clothes, and even slippers. Our friendly hosts, Graeme and Eilean, explained all the nuances of operating the shower, lights, and other electrical devices, and there was also a very detailed welcome kit with further explanations and tips. They both went over the top to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed. The B&B is located in a rural setting, but is only a short drive to restaurants and pubs. Breakfast was an absolute feast!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Hawthorns! The room was clean and not only furnished with all one may need for a shorter or longer stay, but also with a few gadgets designed to make ones life easier. Breakfast was really nice and freshly cooked and Graeme gave us a lot of useful information, before and after our arrival. We hghly recommend and we would definitely stay here again when we would take the NC500 again.
