No hot water when I arrived but fixed very quickly. Quite noisy due to location

-The bathroom was modern and clean. - The kitchen was well equipped with things like an air fryer -The TV had a good choice of apps -There is one washing machine shared between residents, which is convenient in theory. -Good location -Relatively quiet in the room

-The stairs leading up to the attic room were extremely steep and narrow, and the room itself became very hot. - The attic ceiling was very low in places, and I frequently hit my head when moving around the room. - Power sockets were in awkward, inconvenient locations. - The shared washing machine was often difficult to access because other guests left their clean laundry sitting in the drum for hours. - One night, someone smoked inside the property. The smell was very strong in my room and made it difficult to sleep. - There was an unannounced knock on my door during the stay, which felt intrusive. - Other guests frequently left the front door and gate unlocked.

Location good, comfortable bed, very clean. If I stayed there again, I now know to bring a tea towel, kitchen towel, and cleaning wipes with me as nothing provided so that you could clean up after yourself. Otherwise well equipped.

Heating on full when we arrived so room unbearably hot and stuffy.
