Difficult to see code for the lock box when dark.

Lovely size and decent little studio for what we needed bed was comfortable enough and they had Netflix on the TV which meant after we returned back to the apartment we were able to chill and stick our favourite Netflix show on. It was also a great location from main town and arena which is where we needed to be. Was 17 mins from where we parked, 20 mins from the arena (the opposite direction) and 10 minutes into town so was a nice location.

It was a shame they had a hiccup with their cleaners and we walked into an uncleaned room but the owner was amazing. Got someone over to clean it straight away but it did put us very behind for our plans waiting an hour for them to finish cleaning the room. Which meant we were unable to get ready properly and we couldn’t unwind after a 3 hour drive and 20 minute walk to get there before heading out. It was very inconvenient as we arrived at 3pm which was that time agreed for check in. They did also refund us £40 off of £172 cost of the room as an apology of the inconvenience they caused and they couldn’t apologise more.

Property was very spacious , clean & quiet. Good value for money

There were a lot of stairs to the apartment. The key lock to the gate was a bit of a struggle , could do with getting rid off the key lock & the owner just give us a key

Very clean, well equipped studio apartment. Lovely big walk in shower and good sized bathroom. Perfect location to walk into town. Rama was very helpful with an issue with entry to the property. Would definitely recommend

Good value for money and good position

Studio 8. Very top floor was Morden and clean and warm.

Never seen so many key boxes. Key box at the gate. Key box at the house door. Key box for the flat door. Not practical. Electronic key pads would be easier, at least for the gate and house door. Awful metal bed, creaking and squeaking all night everytime you move or turn.

I like the proximity to the town centre. The owners kept me informed of all the details I needed for a quick check in and respond very quickly to queries. The room contained everything we needed for our stay. Nice hot shower. I would recommend this location.

It was very cold and I couldn't work out the heating system. I could have telephoned the owner who I'm sure would have sorted it but as I was only sleeping in the room and out all day I didn't bother.
