The bedsheet is dusty…And when request to come and change the bedsheet, the agent refused to do so…And highlighted we are the only customer they received complaints, so is the agents feel we customer found their bedsheet are dusty is being troublesome? And at last we bring the to laundry downstairs, spend our own money to wash it… We don’t have super sensitive skin but we feel itchy when we lay on the bed… And the agent act innocent and imply we are troublesome… The worst Airbnb I ever stay

De geur in deze accommodatie was echt vreselijk! Er was een open rioolverbinding waardoor het ongelofelijk stonk. Zo erg dat we niet hebben kunnen blijven. Buiten de stank was het niet schoongemaakt en was het personeel alle handdoeken ‘vergeten’. De contactpersoon zou met de eigenaar kijken voor een oplossing, hier hebben we nooit meer iets op terug gehoord. Erg teleurstellend en vies.
