GBThe location of the caravan was great. Right next to the beach and a 5 min walk to arcades and entertainment. Good size tv comfy double bad. The holiday was 10/10
Caravan 4/10. The caravan needs some work doing to it. The toilet in the double room keeps making a flushing sound every few minutes. The table had work done to it, but it made it worse as legs are not level, so it rocks massively. The front and side decking ain't had a clean in a long time. One of the twin bed rooms door dont shut properly, and lots of holes in the doors. There are lots of stains on the carpet. The front decking needs lifting in the middle as its not level.
GBI recently stayed in a caravan in St Osyth and had a really good experience. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as expected. The location was great, very peaceful and perfect for a relaxing break. Overall, I had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it.

GBGBWe've stayed at the site 4 years in a row, which we love. The caravan itself is dated and shows signs of wear and tear. When we arrived, it didn't look like it had been cleaned very well and had a funny smell. This went after we aired the caravan out. When we got the spare duvet from under the main bed, there was mould on the wall and the sugar jar also contained mould. Lots of cobwebs and generally unkept

The property was fine
GBGBThe sofa was really comfy and big, the table.and chairs were also really comfy. Plus their was more chairs in the cupboard which my son used. There was more than enough seating to ensure we were all comfy. There was soap, washing up liquids new sponges, a new chopping board and the kinfes were really sharp.
There was no mop, but this is not a big deal
