USCLEANER FLOOR IN CONDO
USLoved being right on the beach. The view was amazing and I could open the sliding glass door and hear the ocean all night. Loved it will be back again!
USEVERYTHING The beds were fantastic, the space, the view, the furniture the whole facility. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BOOKING AGAIN. SUPER CLEAN.
USLocation is perfectly central. Building is easily accessible and easy to navigate.
There was some missed areas in the cleaning and we had no toilet paper. Two of the drains were stuck but we were able to repair them. A tray in the refrigerator was missing. Small things over all and we had no issues getting around it.
USThe location was perfect. The pool was hardly ever crowded. No one was out of hand or wild, security was consistently walking around through the pool area and around the premises. The large balcony was very nice. The tennis/basketball courts were a huge hit - our group (of 6) played pickleball almost every evening.
Overall, the building feels dated and kind of run down when you arrive. The unit was not cleaned well at all. The “hotspots” were clean (sheets changed, counters wiped down, trash, fresh towels, showers wiped down) but there were hand prints on the glass doors, hair on the bathroom floor when I closed the door, the baseboards and wall hangings have not been cleaned or even wiped off in a LONG time. The beds are very hard, and the kitchen has bare minimum, if you plan on cooking you will need to bring or purchase items.

USLocation is great. We have always loved this area. Beach views are amazing. Parking was good. Enough room for everyone. The pool is basic but does the job. There is a small round kiddie pool. There are chair and umbrella rentals in front of the unit so that was nice.
This unit was a little on the warm side. We love to sleep with it really cool but the rules stated to keep it at 70 which is too warm for our comfort. The king size bed was pretty firm and was loud when getting on and off. The living room furniture was pretty worn and dining room chair cushions were stained. The window blinds in one of the bedrooms on the back side of the unit was in rough shape. This unit is nice but definitely could use touch up paint and some TLC. Overall it's decent and our family had fun!
