The unit was clean and neat and well appointed. The beach was accessible via a small walk on the sidewalk to a park east of the unit that accessed the beach. Very nice, long beach walks in the morning.

Its location required a car for reaching restaurants. The walkways around the units were darker at night. Would have preferred brighter lighting. The mini-split A/C units worked very well and were quiet, but the one in the main floor bedroom had a regular "noise" that is hard to describe that would last 15 seconds or so that would, occasionally, wake us up. Again, the units worked very well.

Immaculate space—roomy with central cooling and clean, tasteful furnishings. Bed was very comfortable. View from balcony is wonderful and feels private without much surrounding noise or activity. I stayed here alone for work but this place is ideal for a family or multiple couples. Property management company was highly attentive for check-in and questions that came up during stay.

Not many restaurants or food within walking distance. I wasn’t able to take my morning run because there is basically no surrounding route available without running on the interstate. But beach access by foot was easy here and you can get anywhere quickly by car.
