Как по мне цена немного завышена этот домик находится просто в глуши деревни рядом нет ни магазинов, ни кафетерий, до моря очень далеко. В доме много вещей было поломано такие вещи как кран, кофейник, очень мало посуды, полотенец, и других нужных вещей.

I know this town like the back of my hand. This house is nicely located between commercial zones.

When I booked this house I was told there would be a 50eur deposit payable directly to the host. OK, no problem. I received the message to pay the deposit *at 8:13 on check-in day* - which is unacceptably late! But there's more: this message arrived in my booking.com inbox with the payment link filtered, so I couldn't pay. I replied about that within 30 minutes and the host only replied to me at 17:08, again with the same message, again with the payment link filtered. The host refused to provide the code for the key lockbox until I made this deposit payment, which was impossible, and a stubborn argument ensued to the point where *they* escalated the problem to booking.com who sided with me. I was given the code for the key lockbox at 20:04 once booking.com stepped in. This made for a stressful check-in experience which could have been entirely avoided by sending the payment link in good time, being more responsive to messages, and not being so stubborn when a problem is reported. During our stay, we noticed that the washing machine was broken (it turns off by itself), which we reported to the hosts. After check-out, the hosts still hadn't returned our deposit after 3 weeks, and only did so after I chased them for it. To the owners of this property: you have a nice house, please use a better company to manage your rentals. To potential visitors: use Homes Levantina at your own risk

Plenty space. Comfy bed. Good TV set up. Easily accessible with key pod.

Lack of outside space. Bathroom dated and shower liable to flood. Location means you need transport. The bikes had flat tyres and no tools to alter seat height so we were unable to use them. We hired bikes in the town. If you are unfamiliar with the area, you would probably feel isolated.

I LOVED my stay here! It was perfect for some quiet alone time. The apartment is very cosy and the furniture is very tasteful; there is AC in both the main bedroom and the living room. There is a big smart TV in the living room, so you can enjoy your favourite streaming services and unwind at night. The hosts are very friendly and reply super quickly to everything you ask them. I'd say don't go there if you don't have a car. But if you do, it's magical! Parking is available right next to the apartment. There are lots of uncrowded beaches to explore nearby. My favourite one was Playa El Rebollo, which was amazing (and parking is free)!

I really don't want to complain because I was very happy with the place, but here are some things that could be improved upon: 1) The communication and all of the info in the links they sent me was in Spanish, even though I repeatedly said that I didn't speak Spanish. This is not a problem nowadays, what with machine translation, but still. 2) The kitchen equipment is alright compared to other places I've stayed at, but some crucial things that are missing are a sharp knife and a kettle. 3) There are no insect screens in the windows in the conservatory, which means you can't really sit there during the day because it gets really hot and stuffy with the windows closed. But that doesn't really matter because you should be at the beach during daytime anyways :) (Side note: Don't be discouraged by all of the messages they will send you explaining in detail how to get hold of the keys and which key does what; I was honestly a bit overwhelmed by it but it's actually much easier than it seems :))

Es una casita muy acogedora para una pequeña familia todo muy bien.

No pudimos conectarnos al WiFi me daba error en la clave, la cama de matrimonio se movía al sentarse. La playa que está a 6 m no me gustó y para ir a la playa que queríamos estaba un poco retirado. Cambiaría algunas cosas la cama de matrimonio y limpiar la ducha el desagüe tardaba mucho en irse el agua. Y de no poder encender varias ornillas de la cocina.
