The washing machine with soap provided and drier were working perfectly. The kitchen has all what is needed. Appreciated also the coffee machine with coffee pods provided. Cleaning service twice a week included in my rent.

Winter weather in Swakopmund is somewhat cold (i.e., from 10 to 18ºC during this period) and very humid. The apartment has small electric radiators, but even after 10 days of use, they didn’t manage to eliminate the cold feeling. The temperature inside the house is around 19ºC, but it is still humid. Make sure you bring enough warm clothing.

"Great location with amazing property manager"

Location was perfect. Amenities were good. Appreciated the on site washer and dryer. And the property manager and staff were FANTASTIC!

Only one key was a real challenge. There is a musky smell. Not bad enough not to recommend the property.

The property was exceptionally clean.

The beds where very hard, but that is a personal opinion. The photo's and address is a bit misleading as I thought it was the lock of units on the beach with water views but this was not the case. And another note needs to be made regarding the driving access to the rear of the property to park, besides being full to park, the driveway access is extremely narrow as a tunnel or funnel one has to drive through, not easy with a large vehicle.
