Had a lot of utilities

Not very spacious

Had a lovely stay here for 2 nights, everything was very clean and fresh, appreciated the little touches like washing up liquid and sponge and stuff, very close to the beach and also very close to the shop which is handy. The host were easy to get hold of for any questions I had and gave me all the information I needed about the stay. Had a very pleasant stay and couldn't recommend enough for the price.

Everything about the caravan was great, the one small thing is that the oven only has one shelf, so can be awkward to cook stuff but we managed and again it was just a minor issue.

The location was absolutely perfect—just a stone's throw away from the beach, the leisure centre, and the fun fair.

We recently stayed at this caravan for 3 nights and had a generally satisfying experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, leisure centre, and fun fair. However, we did encounter an issue with the cleanliness upon arrival. Despite asking in advance about the possibility of an early check-in, we were told it wasn't guaranteed as the caravan might not be ready. When we arrived at 13:30, we noticed a bin bag left on the decking and assumed cleaning was still underway. Needing to store our food in the fridge , we entered to find the caravan hadn't been fully prepared—dirty bed linen, a used tea towel, and dishes left in the drying rack, which is against the caravan’s rules. We weren't overly concerned since it wasn't yet 16:00, but by the time we returned just before 16:00, nothing had changed. After contacting the owner, they promptly sent a cleaning team, who arrived around 16:30 and addressed the issues. Additionally, the small bathroom and bedrooms were a bit cramped, and a table in the twin bedroom collapsed one evening, likely due to previous guests using it to join the beds. Despite these setbacks, the rest of our stay was pleasant. Overall, it was a satisfying experience."

Receiving codes and site information pack ahead of time would be ideal. Make sure you request all this if you do not receive an email 24 hours before your check in time

This was our first holiday as a family of 3 and loved it .Lovely clean home and close enough to the sea front and big entertainment complex but still far enough away to not be bothered by noise . Small conveinant store at walking distance . Very comfy home to stay in and really couldn't fault the cleanliness. Perfect location

It may be a good idea to have some instructions regarding the gas oven and how to use the boiler and shower ? Thank God my husband managed to work it out after a while
