Poor Communication from Rental Agent which manages 200 flats so not her fault. Aircon not working in very hot conditions. Need access to building to enter apartment but no signal inside. Access control is very poor. We were eventually after complaining relocated and upgraded to another Apartment not in area we wanted to stay. Shower was so small no normal human fits in it. Overall experience was bad and serious attention is required. Not recommended

The location is amazing, you are walking distance to anywhere in Sorrento. The flat seems in good shape, with modern equipment.

They should let you know in the description that the flat is at the 4th floor and there is no lift. We were there with our Dad who has a bad knee and he really struggled with those stairs (which weren't even illuminated). The kitchen could do with some more space/cutlery we end up eating put every meal cause was not equipped for cooking for 4 people.

Close to downtown

Not at all an issue for us- but there are about 3 flights of stairs to get to the apartment.

The apartment was very clean, in a convenient location and the host was very helpful.

Not much, just sometimes the outside key was hard to use

its newly renovated, but at not ready for rental.

The entrance of this building is like a dungeon. Apartment is on 3rd floor . 66 steps up . no Elevator, very hard to climb the stairs with luggage. We were in severe pain by the time we got all our luggage in the apartment. NOT ACCOMMODATING FOR TOURISTS. No where on the website was it noted that there are no elevators. The sewage system in bathroom is not ventilated properly, the smell comes right back up in the bathroom and spreads in the bedroom. No Sofa or lounge area to sit. No dining room to have breakfast. Apartment sleeps 5 people but only 2 bars stools to sit and have breakfast. Where are the other 3 people supposed to have breakfast? Why would this apartment have a complicated cooktop and no instructions on how to use it. It took 1 hour to make a cup of tea. I complained to the host that I'm trying to make a tea and I need to boil water, but the pot was not induction compatible. So they sent someone to pick up induction stove compatible pot.. That someone came with 3 frying pans. I guess they wanted me to make tea in a frying pan. NO extra blankets or towels. Only got half a toilet roll. This is not what I expected. When in Italy please lower your Bar.
