Gorgeous 1BR Oceanview Suite, Dogs OK 904

It never feels overcrowded here. Even during big events. Location is perfect.

Restaurant and coffee shop were closed for renovations but no one can control that.

The room was great, very spacious with lots of storage. Everything was spotless. Very easy communication with property manager. Large balcony with great view.

No issues!

Very up to date and cute. Perfect location.

Needs a deep clean.

We love the value of this place and location. Only wish the Patricia Grand itself would put up the windows to the indoor pool sooner. Leaving the windows off until late October doesn't make much sense. When a cold front comes through before then or a rainstorm with wind it makes it so cold in that room. Windows should stay on year round to make it a true indoor pool. However this in no way reflects the realty agency that ownes this unit or the unit itself. Everything else was perfect. This unit is also just across from the elevator which is nice.

Elevators are a tad slow, but thats really it.

Very nice 1 bedroom cond. ,Clean condo with nice interior design. Love the fun colorful fireplace and living room lighting. The bedroom has a king size bed with a headboard that has lighting that was modern with a control to put the timer on and choose color. The balcony is very large and had plenty of outdoor seating. Good side ocean views from bedroom and living room. It was my husband's birthday, and we brought out 2 little dogs. There were plenty of bathroom towels, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Just bring a cork screw if you like wine. I like the coffee maker was large so bring your coffee. They had filters, which was good. Overall, we would stay here again.

Steak knives were a bit thin and flimsy. We always bring our own and are happy we did. However, don't get me wrong, lovely kitchen. Full stove that we used and loved that there was plenty of dish soap and a sponge. Stocked with casserole dishes if you want to bake a lasagna or something else delicious. Nice big water goblets ,etc.

Clean comfortable and well laid out.

The lighting needs to be upgraded. Some of the light switches seems to do nothing. You may want to upgrade the recliner, it is very worn.
