Stylish 3/2 getaway! Near Theme Parks!

Excellent house / villa, clean and good floor plan. Washing machine and dryer was a big plus. All worked well in the house and with the host. Price was very good to the value, so definately will visit again if going to Lakeland.

CLEAN-WELL STOCKED-LOCATION

OUTSIDE CLEANLINESS-NOISE FROM SPIRAL STEPS THAT WILL WAKE UP THE HOUSE-REFRIGERATOR NOT WORKING PROPERLY (WAS REPLACED)

The hostess was very accommodating. It had easy entry access. When we first entered, the place felt very open and inviting. We liked the tile floors. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a tv in each bedroom. The air-conditioning worked well.

when I opened the cabinet under the kitchen sink, there was a cockroach or other type of bug near the waste basket and also some kind of bug on the bedroom wall -- aside from that, the rental was clean. The rental would have looked nicer if the grass had been cut. (I only mentioned the bugs so that the property owner is aware of this.)

The property was very affordable and very clean. They provided us with everything we needed to feel like home.

We were concerned about the stairs because they were some loose boards.

Location.

Outside dirty, lawn needs mowing, patio chairs full of leaves. Spiral stairs make so much noise that they wake up the whole house. Need larger frying pan, and larger bowls.
