The apartment exuded a warm and inviting atmosphere, creating a sense of comfort that felt reminiscent of home.

The Wi-Fi connection was frequently unstable, and I also encountered a problem with the washing machine, which produced unusually loud noises that I found quite concerning.

Very clean property and very modern. The TV had all the streaming services included which was a great touch! We had to collect the key from the head office which was a 10 minute drive from the apartment, the staff were great and professional. Definitely will recommend.

The property was perfect! Nothing bad to say.

"Zero Stars"

If I could give zero stars I would!! We booked this apartment for 5 nights, after the first night I called the company to inform them of the mattress issue (a very cheap mattress with just springs - the cheapest in the market) and also to inform them of the smell coming from the ensuit bathroom due to a pipe leak from the toilet. I was told a contractor will come over and change the mattress and also look into the smell and try to fix it. This did not happen. I then get a call to inform me they need access into the apartment for a survey that was being conducted. I gave them permission and also told them about the issues we faced, to which I was told that a contractor will look into it. This did not happen and we could use the ensuite in the apartment for the whole duration. Once we checked out from the apartment, I decided to write a review. As soon as the review was posted, I got a call from the company. They asked me what the issue was, then I was told this shouldn't have happened and etc etc. After about 10 mins of conversing, I was offered a 10% refund which I rejected and said it wasn't about the money. They then offered a 50% refund, to which I agreed. However, the guy on the call said, he needed me to remove the review as its detrimental to their business before they can process the refund (within a couple days). It's now been over a week and I have not had any refund. So basically, they don't fix the issues with their apartments or follow through on their word about contractors coming out to fix the issue. On top of that they will offer you a refund but then not follow through on that also. Will be posting some screenshot of the conversations also. Since my last review and today I have noticed more 5 star reviews being posted which makes me question the genuinity of the reviews.
