"unprofessional and rude staff at reception during checkout."

location

customer empathy. staff was rude at reception during check out. Charged unfair for extra bed which did not have blanket. It was reported thrice but still the staff was saying why it was not reported to their MD. When we asked for a jug of water we were denied saying we can only buy bottled water and jug water will not be provided.

"Superb"

Hotel jump in is no doubt very good. But booking.com is a fraud. Because it was informed me that my booking in banglore from 17th August to 21 st August was not done by the booking .com.In future I m not going to book any hotel through booking.com.

Excellent location close to the airport for those just transiting through Coimbatore. Some good eateries nearby - esp Annapoorna veg retaurant.

International cards (even cash cards) are not accepted - a major hassle to pay in cash. Service was purely functional. Also a little slow. At night we could hear sounds of traffic from the main road, which disturbed sleep a bit. At check-in, we were told that breakfast would be served only by 7:45-8:00 (we had to leave for the airport by 7:45), but thankfully it was ready by 7:30. Breakfast was just average with only a few dishes.
