Everything was nice

I double booked and I haven't got to try yet of where I'm going to be staying for the other over booking prices over $100 in difference you said I could be in 306 Nick. I'm still waiting on a reply I'm sitting outside of the bed and Airbnb with no answer I need to know my food is spoiling and I'm getting hot am I able to get another room for the price I paid for the other room twice please let me know.

Everything was fine except one thing... There is a gas burner in the kitchen...but no lighters or matches anywhere...We are not smokers..First night,without hot food .

great location and very clean

my only issue was the bed frame was cheap and made a loud squeaky noise if you moved the slightest, also the shower made a loud squeaky noise as well.

The lighting from outside was bright in one of the bedrooms at night. Additional shading is needed.

"No Communication, No Reservation, Long Late Night Drive to Phoenix"

The cleaning lady, Cory. She rocks! She did everything in her power to help us check in.

The host was uncommunicative and unresponsive until the last moment. It was 10:30 PM at night, my girlfriend and I at the property asking that someone please just help us check in, before we found out that no room had been reserved for us. No one was on site to help us except the cleaning lady, who was kind and sweet and tried her best to find out what was going on. Ultimately, we drove through the night all the way back to Phoenix.

The property itself is great......but the cleaning fee was ridiculous! I didn't catch that at first. I wanted to book again next week...the price was 70$ but the cleaning fee was 100$. The cleaning fee was more than the actual stay!!!!. $100 dollars is excessive for a 1 or 2 day stay.
