寝ようと思ったらベッドが髪の毛だらけだった…

The property is strategically located 5-min walking from Hakata station, close to all you need and ina quite spot. The room was good and spacious, bed was comfortable and overall my stay went well.

Location is super close 5mins walk to Hakata Station

It has a smell of urine around the toilet. The smell just come and go. And the WiFi are some what not stable YouTube need to reload from time to time. No one speak English for the phone support u need to use email.

60代両親2人での初めての旅行で利用させて頂きました。【※予約などの手配をしたのは娘の私ですが今回は帯同しておりませんでした。】無人受付という事は前もって伝えていましたが、案の定チェックインに時間がかかってしまったようで、電話でスタッフとやり取りをしたようです。ですが、女性スタッフの明らかに見下すような対応にとても不快感をもったそうです。パネルの操作の方法などの説明もなく、『◯◯を押してください』『まだですか？』『これくらいもわからないんですか？』などと、右も左もわからないような人にかける言葉としては適切ではないと同時に対面で対応していないのをいい事に、明らかに対応をめんどくさそうにしているのがわかったそうです。電話だろうが、無人だろうが、安かろうが、この様な対応をするスタッフのいるホテルという事がわかっていれば、ここに宿泊させる事はなかったです。 また、電話対応のスタッフより、私の方に電話してくれたら良かったのにという気持ちにもなりました。 初めての2人旅でこの様なできごとを経験させてしまった事をとても後悔しました。 2度と使用しません。 今回は両親を止めて頂きありがとうございます。 また、お手を煩わせてしまい申し訳ありません。 私のリサーチ不足と、他力本願等も含め勉強不足でした。

Super close to Hakata station so perfect to get on the early bus to the airport. Lots of restaurants and stores are nearby. Easy check-in and great value for the price.

It was a great location. It was value for money for Japanese room. The bath was great.

We had a lot trouble with the check in as it was automated and the key number we were given was not correct and then other issues with getting the key - took us over a hour and had help from some lovely Japanese who where staying at the hotel.

Well located and easy to get around. For the price paid, it's a good deal in Hakata.

The check-in process needs some ability to manoeuvre the apps on the pad and understanding of the steps by steps. Suggest to look at the video they sent prior to check in to know how to use the non in person check-in.
