Quite complicated check-in-system with several photos, passport numbers (even when it already was in the pics) PLUS need to sign the contract of ”the rental”.

Traumhafte Lage direkt am Platz der Strandpromenade wo sich Cafes, Bars und Restaurants befinden. Top Meerblick bzw. Strandnähe.

Wir waren an Ostern dort. Der Lärm hielt sich abends in Grenzen. Die Bar die direkt unter der Wohnung liegt hat relativ früh die Musik ausgemacht. Dennoch viele Jugendliche / Leute am Wochenende bis spät auf dem Platz. Das Zimmer mit 2 Betten hat das Fenster Richtung Platz. Die anderen Zimmer haben die Fenster in die andere Richtung. Der Balkon wäre renovierungsbedürftig.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo appartamento a Terracina. Il punto forte è senza dubbio la vista mozzafiato: dalla terrazza si gode di un panorama sul mare davvero unico, con la possibilità di ammirare sia l’alba che il tramonto, un’esperienza rara e indimenticabile. L’appartamento è molto grande, elegante e arredato con stile italiano classico, con mobili antichi che gli danno grande carattere e autenticità. Si trova nel pieno centro, quindi tutti i negozi, servizi, bar e ristoranti sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Il parcheggio non è privato, ma si può trovare posto sulle strisce blu a pagamento nelle vicinanze. Fuori stagione il costo era di circa 5 € al giorno, assolutamente accettabile. L’appartamento è dotato di termosifoni, quindi confortevole anche nei mesi più freschi. In alta stagione l’esperienza deve essere completamente diversa, ancora più viva ed energica, ma fuori stagione il soggiorno ha un fascino speciale, più tranquillo e autentico. Un ringraziamento speciale a Giancarlo, a sua moglie e a sua mamma, i host davvero gentilissimi, disponibili e calorosi. Ci siamo sentiti accolti come a casa. Consigliatissimo!

Großes Appartement mit direkter Lage und Blick zum Meer und zur Strandpromenade. Wer den morbiden Charme italienischer Altstädte in historischer Umgebung mag, wird sich auch in dieser Wohnung wohl fühlen. Die Einrichtung ähnelt einem Sammelsurium von Möbelstücken verschiedener Epochen, welches durchaus ebenfalls obigen Charme entfaltet. Alles hat funktioniert! Räume und Balkon sind großzügig ausgelegt. Die Verständigung erfolgte über Whats App. Die Schlüsselübergabe und kurze Wohnungseinweisung übernahm die Mutter des Whats App Teilnehmers. Die Stadtmitte und die sehr interessante Altstadt sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ebenso diverse Restaurants jeglicher Kategorien. Parkplätze für 5 Euro pro Tag sind vorhanden. Freie Parkmöglichkeiten am Hafen sind nach ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Nach kurzer Eingewöhnung haben wir uns arrangiert und die Wohnung, insbesondere deren Lage, genossen.

A really big flat, comfortable, separate kitchen with a lot of kitchen utensils, great location, probably the best flat for big family in Terracina. Free beach is just on the opposite site. Small table at the balcony would be great option
