Biraz yıpranmıs ama temiz bir ev

Self checkin bir felaket. Saat 17'den sonra şifre göndereceklerini yazdilar, saat 19:30 oldu şifre gelmedi. Telefon ettim şifre için, kusura bakmayın vs diye konuşuyorlar. Şifreyi whatsapp numarama gönderdiler ama gönderdikleri link çalışmıyordu. Linki kopyalayıp internete manuel girdim, yine bir sürü talimat, orayı tıklayın, burayı tıklayın vs. Checkin şifresini almak büyuk sorun. Yaşlılar var, teknolojiyi iyi kullanamayanlar var. Herkese göre düşünmek gerek. Bir daha asla self checkin ile çalışan oda tutmam. Tam bir fiyasko

Posizione un po’ lontana dal centro ma ben collegato (bus e tram). Di fronte l’appartamento c’è un centro commerciale per cui comodo se si ha bisogno di comprare qualcosa. Lo staff è disponibile, risponde subito ai messaggi per ogni tua esigenza, richiesta o problema!

Abbiamo ritenuto l’orario di check-in troppo tardi (ore 17): abbiamo richiesto il check-in in anticipo ma essendoci un costo aggiuntivo, abbiamo preferito aspettare. Inoltre il check out è alle 10 (se lo fai prima delle 9 vi è anche qua un costo aggiuntivo di 30€…assurdo!). Un lato positivo è che ti avvisano per tutti questi costi aggiuntivi🤭 Abbiamo prenotato l’appartamento per 4adulti, ci aspettavamo di trovare i letti già pronti. Invece abbiamo dovuto provvedere noi a sistemare uno dei letti (divano letto da aprire e sistemare): consiglio alla struttura di dare indicazioni precise su come aprire il divano letto e dove trovare il necessario per fare il letto. Tra l’altro anche gli asciugamani stessi si trovavano sotto il letto (abbiamo dovuto fare la caccia al tesoro 😅).

The apartment is not too far from the city center. The location is very nice, and it’s directly across from the Arena Zagreb shopping mall, which you can easily walk to. The keys are stored in a lockbox at the entrance. We had direct contact with the agency via WhatsApp, and they responded quickly to all our questions. All instructions and important information are also sent via email. The apartment itself is on the 8th floor, and an elevator is available. The cleanliness of the apartment was good, and we have no complaints. A washing machine and a hairdryer are provided. The equipment is excellent, and we had nothing to criticize. The building itself is a bit older, but it’s not a big issue. The apartment also has a large TV with a wide selection of channels. You can also rent a PlayStation 5 with many games.

A major downside of the apartment is that it doesn’t have its own parking space. This means you have to look for parking in the surrounding area, which can be challenging due to the high population density. In the worst case, you can park in the Arena shopping mall’s parking garage across the street. The ramp is open, and there are no issues—it’s also free. Due to the parking issues, you are forced to park your car with hazard lights on in front of the entrance while loading and unloading to get it done quickly. For a family of four, as in our case, the apartment might feel a bit small, and the size of the closets for storing your belongings is quite limited. The building itself is a bit older, but that’s not a big issue. As a security measure in case of damage or problems, you need to pay €100. However, we received this amount back three business days after our departure. I mention this for transparency so people are aware—some might find this bothersome. For us, it wasn’t a big problem. However, I couldn’t find this information on Booking.com, so it wasn’t clear that this would be required.
