111 SUITE APARTMENT

A very nice clean place 15-min walk from the city center. Very good combination of price and quality.

Everything was good

A great property, very clean and spacious and in a fabulous location.

Good location, comfortable beds, coffee in the kitchen, big shower room.

The place was close to the center and about 16 minutes away from the funicular which takes you to the citta alta. It was quiet (only a bit of noise from upstairs) and in a secure building. The owner was very kind and told us where we can find everything, explained everything and even let us some goodies (picture + a bottle of juice + a bottle of water in the fridge). He was prompt to respond and very helpful.

It was not as clean as we would’ve liked, there were stains on the lingerie and the floors, even though they were wet when we arrived, a sign they were wiped, there was still a bit of dirt. The bed is not very comfortable, the mattress is uneven.

Great apartment, very clean and obviously recently renovated. Good kitchen and seating area with a small balcony accessible from the living room and both bedrooms. Very friendly host who met us on site and gave local recommendations for restaurants, they were very good! Very nice neighborhood with good restaurants and within walking distance of the old town. Very spacious bathroom with a very good shower.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The owner Fabrizio came personally to meet us and gave the keys and some information about the restaurants. The location is very near restaurants and shopping streets, easy to reach by walking. Apartment is recently renovated and it is clean and silent.

Mattresses are not very comfortable.

The location was excellent. A 10 minute walk from where we got off the airport bus. Fabrizio had cold drinks in the fridge along with croissants and condiments . Communication was really good, beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything that we needed

There was nothing about the apartment that we didn't like. The only thing that would make it better would be a washing machine. This was not really relivent to this trip as we only stayed 2 nights, but if I was staying for a week or more it would be a big plus for the apartment
