"It could be better..."

Nice location, with amazing view of the mountains. Big spaces, clean and quiet. The host responded immediately upon our request for a trouble we faced in the facility.

No internet/ wifi available. Since there are other commends on this, we should be at least notified.... The channels on the TV weren't programmed. The steps to the living room were too slippery. The ramp to the parking was too high. We have a mini SUV and we still had to be very careful. There was a kitchen but not properly equipped and especially the fridge was too small. We couldn't prepare breakfast / meals, even if we wanted to. In general, there were a lot of things/equipment that could be improved and it's a pitty since this property could be a "10".
