Apartment 64 at 77 on Independence Ave

The apartment was modern and well decorated. Centrally located in town, walking distance from many monuments,restaurants, markets and clubs. In a safe area, we even walked late at night.

The check in process could be made smoother and arrangements communicated well in time. Because of the location it can be a little noisy at night.

I like he location of the property in central Windhoek and is very clean and noise free

The description included: "2 bathrooms" -- which was the reason, we had chosen this apartment. It turned out to be a mistake. That there was no hot water on 2 of the 3 days comes on top. One needs to know that the apartment is on the big building's side towards two quite busy streets, so a little noisy. Kitchen utensils could be a bit more complete. Payments in cash are not our style, but finally it was possible to do a bank transfer. Credit card payment would have been much appreciated.

The apartment is very good. And the location is excellent - just a short walk from the central retail area and there is a a very convenient, pleasant cafe (7 to 7 Moneiko), where you can get breakfast, lunch or dinner, just a few doors away.

Great location, clean and spacious flat.

We notified of our arrival but flat was not ready an hour after our expected arrival time. No coffee, tea or sugar. Neighbors make noise till early morning hours.
