In Italy there is a problem with the English language and friendliness, few places in non-tourist places know it. But these apartments are great. The hosts will understand you, help you and tell you everything you want to know.

Please add some more plug adapters to make it easier to turn on the hair dryer, portable laptop and other devices that have a thick plug. Everything else was great.

"Nice Bergamo"

The apartment is nicely furnished. The beds are comfortable. The advantage is the two bathrooms when accommodating more people and the central location of the apartment, the proximity to the railway station and the bus station.

Тhe sink mixer in one of bath was not working and the hot water for bathing was not enough. Apartment needs of aditional a top-up water heater. There was a coffee machine but no capsules.

"It needs improvement"

Location, space of apartment and the boy who gave us the keys

No additional bed sheets and cushions. Not working coffee machine, boiler is end of life(there is terrible sound from it),not sufficient hot water for 4 people. No welcome gifts, at least one water bottle can be left inside the apartment. Last but not least, No TV.
