House 12 Beach Club

Beautiful house in a stunning location. The house was spotless which is something that is extremely important to us when we travel. We can overlook small maintenance issues wherever we stay but if a home is not clean that is a problem. THIS home is SPOTLESS - thank you! We will definitely be back!

Breathtaking views - one can almost feel the spray of the waves it's that close to the sea. Don't venture out on the rocks without shoes, though. The house is located within a walled estate and the grounds are well looked after and the security excellent - the security officers patrol all night.

We were well aware of the fact that one has to drive past an informal settlement to get to the house before we went, but it might not be suitable for active people who might want to go for a run or a lenghty walk as one cannot venture outside the estate on foot.

Wifi too slow

The view was super nice and the house comfortable.

Some of the ligte in the house didn't work, need replacement.

The approach to the location is not the best but the beach club itself is very nice and the house view onto the ocean is stunning.

I really had an issue with the address on Booking.com website as 1 Church Street, and not about 200 Church Street. A far drive from the advertised area. The entrance is not even in Church Street! One needs to enter off Whale Drive through two security gates, which at night time have no lights. It would be easier for the owner to arrange entrance through the main gate. Having had my own BnB, I found more could be done to make the stay pleasurable. Things like having ice available, sufficient coffee and tea, a small fresh milk, good quality linen, shower gel and a comfortable couch (with a throw that is not torn) along with faster WIFI for streaming. The house in need of maintenance too. Overall our short stay was enjoyable.
