La taille de la chambre, le staff compétent.

La propreté de la chambre (urine et papier présents dans le wc), un seul oreiller supplémentaire, pas de brochure avec code Wi-fi, la tv qui ne fonctionnait pas, pas de couverture, fermeture piscine à 19h.

chambre manquant de luminosité, veilleuse : pas de lumière...couloir pour l accès aux chambres très sombre : du mal à mettre la clé de notre chambre...Pas de restaurant...Fête organisée sans nous prévenir : tapage nocturne jusqu'à 1h30 du matin ; klaxon des convives à 2h...Où est le respect du client ? Jacousie ne fonctionne pas...
