Very clean Comfortable bed Tea and coffee provided Warm and cosy

The room was spacious and clean with everything you needed provided. The bed was comfortable. Overall, good value for money.

Questionable electrical setup within the bathroom. Do not believe this would meet current health and safety legislation or building regulations. Milk was past its best before date. Poor soundproofing. We woke to work being done to another room and just hope the owner doesn't make similar choices for that room.

Large room, very comfy bed, touch bedside lamps, skylight with blind so plenty of light over living area. Instant hot water 24/7. Lovely area and close to our friends. Owner even found us a fridge. Excellent staff. Cute gift and coffee shops nearby. Large TV. Good WiFi. Park, River Teifi, and free public car park 10 mins walk away

No windows, but a large skylight so not a deal breaker. Street parking was a nuisance at times. As it was off season many shops, cafes and pubs had limited opening hours. Excellent food and coffee could still be found. The stairs were difficult for me as I have limited mobility. Chilly bathroom.

Room was very spacious but cosy and super clean. Great value for money and we felt very welcomed.

Door sign could be more obvious, spent a few minutes finding it.

The room was superb,it was bigger than expected and me and my son really enjoyed our stay. It was very clan with all mod cons,and had a very big smart tv. We are definitely going to stay again 5star+

A big clean tidy room with a very comfortable bed & an ensuite as you would expect. Check in was easy enough, you get a key code sent with a short video on access.
