This booking I have is just like a nightmare like paying for nothing. Booking.com does not take action about what's happening.

This booking is full of disappointments and disgusting.I booked and paid 5 nights to stay supposedly.When I came to the property with my family this unit/apartment under booking.com is currently occupied. When i called the contact number provided She just simply said over the phone that this unit isn't CONNECTED ANYMORE TO BOOKING.COM. She's not even face and talk to me in person. My question is why I don't get information before on that day and why I don't get feedback or reply during emergency. I just looked for another place to stay and full of regrets and shamed.It was double times the priced of the hotel because of big event(sinulog festival) but nothing I can do is to take it. I will not book or trust booking.com anymore.
