Horizon 101 A12 Shortwalk to Mango Avenue & Robinson Mall

I booked a room at Horizon 101 but the unit owner informed us that they "upgraded" our room and transferred us at Mabolo Garden Flats due to system error. The place was okay, but the room doesn't feel like upgraded, it's more like downgraded. There are no dark curtains for windows, too many mirrors for our liking and A/c was not too cold, kettle wasn't working properly.

This accommodation is in a big condominium complex that located on major avenue and feels safe area. It was easy to find eating places, a convenience store was at ground floor. A swimming pool was available until 8pm at 8th floor. It's a seemingly not bad place.

First of all, the host of this accommodation doesn't communicate quickly with customers, and don't provide needed information. Horizons 101 is not hotel, just a condominium complex different owners in my understanding. Hence, I asked for information in advance about a way to check in, but I got only a phone number to call to check in. I called the number when I reached at the entrance of Horizons 101. That was out of service area. Problems were also occurd after getting a room key. I certainly made a room reservation as for two people with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed, actually room had only 1 bed. Awkward. There are big gap between wall and air conditioning machine, and that gap filled with just a sponge. So outside noise come directly. I was really bothered and sometime waked up by the noise of the other room's air conditioner and roosters crowing. Beyond annoyed. After I used the kitchen for washing hands, I heard a strange noise. After a while, leaked water from corrupted piping and spilled out from under the kitchen made a nice pool. I messaged a mop is needed, but no less no one reply. Loneliness. Also, sliding doors on bathroom were coming off from the rail. It was totaly unconfortable actibity. Hope my information help for someone.
