Villa Martina Luxury Suites Como Lake

Unfortunately, we hadn't read the other reviews. While the staff were friendly and helpful, there were several issues. The main issue is that there is zero privacy. You can hear everything happening in the building, and everyone else can for sure also hear you. The doors to the room lock, but there is a massive gap in the bottom. The toilet/bathroom was good, but you had to walk down a hall to get there. It was supposedly private, but anybody in the building could access it. The bed frame was very old and any movement on the mattress would make a loud creaky sound. This setup just didn't work well for us.

De villa is heel mooi en modern gerenoveerd. We hadden de tweede verdieping en die is omgetoverd naar een apartment met gesloten deur. Gabrielle, our host, was echt een schat. Ze was heel behulpzaam. Locatie is ook iets buiten het centrum maar dichtbij het water en een mooie terras. Je kan ook lopen naar het hart van Lecco.

Parkeren is op straat en een beetje moeilijk als het te druk is.

Gabriela was very friendly and welcoming. Everything very clean. Comfy bed. Good hairdryer. Coffee/tea in room. A couple of nice restaurants nearby. Candy the poodle was very sweet. Small but Nice garden area. Happy to get gluten free breakfast.

No fridge in room. We couldn't really make use of the garden as we couldn't have a cold drink. Although tea and coffee is provided in room, my husband likes milk but we couldn't keep it cold. Water was provided in room but again it wasn't cold. Nowhere to hang wet towels to dry. A mirror near a socket would have been great.

Tudo. Casa linda, com o essencial e muito confortável. Anfitriã simpatica e disponível. Pequeno almoço muito bom, faltando apenas o pão, na minha opinião 😊

apenas a duficuldade em estacionar gratuitamente. mas existe um parque pago a poucos minutos a pé.

Gabriella è stata molto accogliente e disponibile. Stanza e bagno bellissimi e pulitissimi, ottima colazione e ubicazione perfetta. Parcheggio in zona facilissimo.

Consiglio tappi auricolari poiché l'isolizzasione fonica della stanza è un po' scarsa (molto rumore la mattina per chi non si alza prestissimo), bisognerebbe forse migliorarla rinforzando la porta. Comunque siamo stati benissimo, grazie ancora !
