*** False Amenities & Poor Resolution: I want to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent 3-night stay at Amber Cove. 1. Misrepresented Amenities: The property was listed with a washing machine, which was an essential amenity for my family. Upon arrival, we discovered the unit did not have one. This caused significant inconvenience, forcing us to purchase extra clothing and spend valuable vacation time hand-washing items, expecially during this humid and hot weather, which required us to change outfit more often. 2. No Meaningful Solution During Stay: When I informed management, they did not offer to move us to another unit that had a washing machine. Instead, they offer to recommend a nearby laundry service—which was not a practical solution for my family, nor what I had paid for. 3. Unreasonable Response: When I followed up regarding compensation, their response was that next time I should request for the amenity. This is completely unreasonable. An amenity listed on the booking platform should not require a special request. The listing must be accurate. I requested a partial refund to reflect the missing essential amenity. I expect the host to take responsibility for their inaccurate listing and provide appropriate compensation for this stay. They offered 15% discount which duplicated with booking.com discount I've already enjoyed hence a big disappointment.

ruang apartment kelihatan bersih, tu jee..

kata utk 6-7 pax tapi katil muat utk 5 org je (nasib bawa toto sendiri). tulis view swimming pool tapi yg dpt view laut & main road. aircond pun mcm nak rosak, bilik tak sejuk. periuk kecil, pinggan tak ada. dapur hot plate rosak, tak boleh guna langsung. iron board pun mcm dah nak patah. suis tepi katil rosak. tempat gantung hanger goyang² mcm tak kukuh, risau runtuh roboh je. security guard pun semua warga asing, faham tak faham je mereka cakap. access masuk pun complicated sgt, konon privacy nauu. swimming pool kotor, tak maintenance, filter air terlalu sedikit, tepi² pool pun dah berlumut, dlm pool ada ranting, rambut, geli ye.

Clean

1. No kettle 2. Rusty pan 3. Bedrooms both are double bed room which not as per booked - one bedroom with 2 single bed and one bedroom with double bed room. 4. Low water pressure at toilet in bedroom

Location is nice and perfect. Environment is clean. Facilities is good with have convenience shop mart. The unit given is cleaned. Just no water dispenses and wash machines. WIFI is good . Just the handover key need to be improved due to time collection not in time at 3pm

The apartment was sparkling clean and have a pleasant smell

Bidet at master bathroom was broken when we check-in. It's quite trouble some to use the the toilet.

it was small mistake and have to pay more.. very disappointed😞 so you have to be extra careful and care about all things.. ☹️
