1. Best location. 5 mins to big shopping mall and a lot of restaurants and bars around. Also just need to walk 5mins , you can take the ferry to valleta. 2 Nice sea view. During evening you can see the fireworks from Valleta direction.

1. The basic facilities (water, electricity, and Wi-Fi) were not very stable during our stay. • Water: There are several switches located near the floor labeled “Do not turn off”, but without any clear indication of what they control. My two-year-old accidentally turned one off, which caused both toilets to stop working. The owner responded very quickly and just need to turn it on. Unfortunately, the next day the water pump failed, leaving us with water only in the kitchen and none in the bathrooms, and cannot take shower and no flush water for toilet. In the evening it was eventually fixed. • Electricity: We had one power outage, but it was restored quickly after following the owner’s instructions. The electrical room was located on the ground floor, though it was concerning to see a lot water near the electrical panels. • Wi-Fi: On the last day, the Wi-Fi stopped working. After so many small issues, we decided not to report it further. 2. A extra 200euro damage deposit is required, which should be refunded within 7 days after checkout. It has been 10 days, and I still haven’t received it yet. 3.The towels are very old and could use an update. I would recommend bringing your own for comfort. 4. The apartment has a strict noise policy, which is understandable. However, one night around 3 a.m., a neighbor’s loud TV and footsteps disturbed our sleep until around 5 a.m. 5. No laundry detergent provided , buy it yourself . I left the one I bought for the next guests . 6. The apartment is not very suitable for cooking — there are no basic seasonings provided and no proper kitchen knife available. We even left one behind for future guests. 7. For baby crib , no pillow no available blanket , bring your own.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich gut! Die Lage ist perfekt und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders praktisch ist der vorhandene Aufzug, und die Aussicht ist einfach wunderschön. Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft.

Der Boden war schmutzig und das Geschirr nicht sauber. In der Küche fehlten grundlegende Utensilien wie Salz, Pfeffer und andere Kochzubehör - man muss alles selbst kaufen. Die Betten waren sehr unbequem, besonders das Schlafsofa war unzumutbar und man konnte darauf überhaupt nicht schlafen. Wir mussten uns jede Nacht abwechseln, aber auch die anderen Betten waren zu hart. Zusätzlich waren die Handtücher von schlechter Qualität und trockneten nicht richtig.

Las vistas son impresiones. El apartamento es muy grande y totalmente equipado. La atencion es impecable y no puede estar mejor ubicado. Recomiendo este alojamiento.

The location is fantastic, and the view from the balcony overlooking Valletta is breathtaking. The apartment is very spacious, with large rooms, which is a huge plus. The owner was quick to respond to messages and communication was seamless. Two balconies and two bathrooms are a very convenient solution, and the air conditioning in every room worked perfectly, which was a lifesaver in the heat. We also appreciate the quick and hassle-free return of the deposit. Parking is free, which is a great bonus. The apartment is ideal for 5-6 people, although in my opinion, it's most comfortable for 4.

Great potential, but needs improvements in cleanliness and amenities The cleanliness of the apartment left a lot to be desired—it was only superficially cleaned, and the floor was so dirty that our feet were constantly black. The towels were of poor quality. The washer and dryer had a bad smell of rot, which suggests they are not cleaned regularly. We also had problems with the electricity when connecting several devices at once. The amenities were missing basic items like plug adapters, laundry detergent, or dishwasher tablets, which made those machines practically useless. The balcony with the Valletta view got incredibly hot, making it impossible to spend time there during the day. The owner claimed it was a residential building, but over half of the apartments are rentals for tourists, which creates a different atmosphere than we expected. A cleaning of the apartment is required before checkout to get the deposit back, which isn't mentioned at the beginning of the booking and can be a problem if you are in a hurry. Additionally, the lack of luggage storage after checkout is a minus. Overall, considering the price and the fact that it's Malta, the value is probably what one would expect, with the location likely driving up the cost. However, in our opinion, the quality of the cleanliness does not justify the price.

It is near the mall, port and the restaurants. Whenever you wake up, the view of Valletta is waiting to greet you a goodmorning.
