"Poor"

The location is relatively close to the beach and restaurants.

The unit has a serious ac water leaking issue. This makes the floor slippery and it makes serious safety concerns. One of bathrooms created a sewage smell. The swimming pool was closed under construction. However, there was no notice of the pool closures.

"Enjoyable stay"

The apartment was perfect for our family. 3 bedrooms, 3 baths. Good parking. We really enjoyed it.

Pool was closed which was unfortunate but apart from that everything was great
