Perfekt beliggenhed. En virkelig dejlig altan med fantastik udsigt og både borde og stole.

Det stemte ikke overens med billederne. Det var slidt. En dør der ikke kunne lukkes rigtigt, Håndtag på skabe der faldt af. Ingen aircondition. Enorm meget larm om aften og natten fra natklubber, som gjorde at man ikke kunne have åbne vinduer. Et badeværelse som ingen udluftning havde og hvor der heller ikke var artikler til at tørrer vand op på gulvet. Er køkken som var meget slidt og uden ret mange køkkenartikler. Lejligheden fremstod slidt, hvilket den ikke gjorde på billederne.

Super zentral, Appartement gut ausgestattet. Frische Handtücher immer auf Anfrage bekommen.

Wir hatten sehr gutes Wetter und dadurch war es sehr warm im Appartment und nachts war es durch den Club sehr laut bis nachts um drei. Der Schlaf kam einfach viel zu kurz. Klimaanlage/Klimagerät wäre gut und Ohrstöpsel sollte man dabei haben.

The apartment is situated on the 4th Floor of a very large secure building. The view from the balcony was fabulous, looking out onto the sea where one can see the cruise liners coming into dock. The apartment is quite spacious equipped with everything one needs. The place felt very safe. Restaurants , shops, cable cars, boat trips all within walking distance. Area around is beautiful with lovely street stalls and local entertainment. Flower festival in May was a highlight.

The host wasn't there on our arrival at 12 midnight, so we had to ring her and wait outside the apartment block. Taxi driver waited until we were safely inside the gate. We paid a fee of 50 Euro on booking for Housekeeping, there was NONE. We had to txt host when we wanted towels changed. Some towels were quite worn. We got no fresh bed linen. No bins emptied. On our departure we were asked to dispose of our garbage There is no AC, 2 fans one which we couldn't get working. No light on balcony and balcony furniture could do with a coat of paint. Shower could do with a little shelf for toiletries and a shower mat. This is important for elderly people with back problems. There is a nightclub nearby which played very loud music until 3am every night, (no fault of the apartment) very difficult to get a good nights sleep.

The Host was amazing and the location, was very central, walking distance from all the most popular places. The Wi-Fi is super strong, and the security was brilliant. I can highly recommend this place

There was two amazing Fans in the apartment but air-condition would be nice, nothing that I can say negative about the place,

- close to regular shops and bus stops and restaurants - wonderful view from the tarrace - very well equipped kitchen (dishwasher tablets in good quantity) - Lady gave very good advice on where to eat and shop - paid undergroud parking very helpfull

Sometimes slightly too loud music from a nearby bar

Perfect location, directly in the walkable center of Funchal. Many restaurants and cafes nearby. Very nice balcony with great view. Apartment is clean and well equipped. Parking is available in the basement at a very reasonable price.

Everything ok

Lovely apartment, very clean and comfortable. Great view of the sea and of the city lit up at night. So central for everything. Communication was very good, Laura was there to meet us and was really helpful throughout our stay. Previous comments mention loud noise from outside but new doors have been fitted recently and they are extremely good at shutting everything out

Nothing to complain about, would return in future

Everything was excellent. The area, the apartment and the view from the balcony.

There was nothing to dislike. Although it did not bother us at all some people may be affected by the music from the nearby nightclub.
