La personne qui nous a accueillis a été extrêmement gentille et serviable. Tout au long de notre séjour, elle a toujours été attentive à nos demandes et a fait son possible pour nous aider, y compris en nous permettant d’accéder à la chambre un peu plus tôt. Son professionnalisme et sa disponibilité ont été très appréciés.

Le seul point vraiment négatif a été la propreté de la chambre. À notre arrivée, la chambre ne semblait pas avoir été correctement nettoyée. La salle de bain présentait des traces qui nous ont donné l’impression qu’elle n’avait pas été nettoyée après le départ du précédent occupant. Nous avons été déçus par le niveau de propreté général de la chambre.

The 100 PASSI Politeama apartment was our worst experience in Sicily after two excellente stays. Until the last day, the owner did not contact us, he did not show up at all when we entered the accommodation. We were let in by a doorman who was very rude and did not speak English. When we pointed this out to owner, he did not even apologize, but his excuse was that there were a lot of new arrivals that day. As for the accommodation itself, the doors are glass, with a gap in between so that anyone passing through the hallway can see you, so you do not feel safe and private. Also, when someone turns on the light in the hallway, it does not turn off automatically, but sometimes it was on all night and illuminated the entire accommodation. The toilet is old and needs renovation.
