* Cơ sở vật chất Home quá tệ: chật, hẹp, giường tầng. Phòng khách cũng là nhà bếp & Tolet, cầu thang gổ lên gát quá hẹp & dốc đứng nên rất khó đi. Diện tích mặt đất khoảng 12m2, luôn cả gát chỉ khoảng 20n2. Mùi ẩm mốc rất khó chịu. Grap trãi giường, áo gối, chăn quá cũ kỹ. * Đường đi vào quá hẹp (khoảng 1,2m) & rất quanh co. Nằm trong khu nhà trọ cũ kỹ, ọp ẹp. * Nên gọi là phòng trọ rẻ tiền thì đúng hơn là Home * Chủ Home ứng xử với khách rất thiếu văn hoá, không tôn trọng khách, lời lẽ thô tục!
