The location is really close to the Pratello skilift, so very easy to get to the pistes. It's a big hotel, very average in every aspect. We liked the games room with the ping pong tables and other games, the bar area also seemed nice, although we didn't stay there. The room was very clean, although a little run down. The staff were nice and helpful. We didn't use the spa or gym, so can't comment on those. Good-sized wardrobes.

It was not good value for money. We paid around €330 a night for 2 adults and a 7 year old child and did not feel it was worth that money. There is very bad sound proofing between the rooms and the corridors, one night there were teenagers shouting in the corridors after 10pm and it was very annoying. There was lots of noise in the morning too. Breakfast was average, nice cakes but very poor on the savoury side. No real ski room. The shower in our bathroom was in poor condition, showing signs of being fixed. We were also given a room on the second floor, which again, I did not feel was worth the money we were paying. Also tiny TV.
