Location, 2 minute walk to beach and promenade.

No kettle or oven, would benefit from a combi microwave or mini oven. Entrance to property was tired and needs redecorating and the entrance door did not lock. Cheap and cheerful good value for money

The apartment is spacious and very close to the beach. If location is the most important thing and other details do not matter to you, this is a great place.

1. The bathrooms are all next to each other and "divided" by walls that do not fully reach the ceiling. As a result, there is no privacy when going to the bathroom. To add to this, one of the bathroom doors does not close... 2. The ceiling in one of the bathrooms has mold. Also, the paint is starting to go. Point here: how can you rent a holiday apartment with mold in it??? 3. The lock for the main door downstairs can be IMPOSSIBLE to open. They told us to keep trying but we wasted several minutes every time trying to open the door. 4. The dining table is disgusting—it is dirty and full of what appear to be cigarette burns. 5. The chairs are old, rusty, cheap and incredibly uncomfortable. 6. The sofa is old and greasy. We did not dare to sit on it, let alone touch it. 7. The ceiling in the living room was dirty. There were cobwebs and spiders in the corners. 8. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. We could feel the metal springs dig into our backs. 9. The toilet seats are not aligned to the shape and size of the toilet at all... They were also loose and the toilets were dirty. 10. There was no soap in the apartment... There was also no easy way to clean and dry dishes in the kitchen. There is no drying rack and the one rag under the sink was tiny and dirty. We bought our own soap and paper towels and reached out to the property owner about the lack of soap and drying rag, who then told us soap is not usually included in these types of rentals in Spain. We thought this was absurd because 1) how do you clean your hands after using the bathroom? and 2) EVERY other holiday apartment we've rented in Spain has had soap. The next day, they dropped off another tiny rag and additional shampoo and shower gel. The rag did not look clean either and the shampoo / shower gel didn't address our original soap query, so they did not seem to understand the issue at all (even though we explained it via phone call and WhatsApp chat several times). 11.
