"Ridiculous!!!! 😡😡😡😡"

Nothing. We could not get into the property upon arrival. The hosts did not answer their phone or text messages.

No entry. Hosts still have not replied to a single message or phone call. My children, partner and I were stranded. Absolutely disgusted by the hosts and booking.com for using these obvious scammers!

"Disappointing."

Coffee sugar tea provided. Host kindly let us into apartment early as my colleague was ill. Good communication throughout.

Fridge wasn't cleaned. Kitchen cupboards smelt of really bad damp. Bed mattress was very uncomfortable. Floor hadn't been cleaned as when I walked from bathroom through kitchen to my bedroom my feet were dirty. No mirror in bedroom. There was a kit kat wrapper under my bed suggesting the room hadn't been hoovered.
