Great location: - Relatively calm and safe neighborhood on the island - very close to the beach - gas station very close - restaurants very close - store very close Great villa: - 3 great bedrooms with each their own bathroom - large garden with nice decoration and swimming pool - large TV, comfortable couch, tables and chairs

Only 1 key for villa & gated community fence. Multiple keys is expected with this type of villa. The villa wasn't rented for a while, had a bit musty smell. Should be lived in / maintained more frequently.
