New Flat in Lytham St Annes - Sleeps 4

It was very central, Sainsbury’s, train station, local pub on your doorstep, plenty parking spaces, small back garden, duck pond at the back, TV in bedroom and living room, good size fridge freezer, the sofa bed & bed are both great sizes, 5 min walk to beach

The flat was spotless Quite, very comfortable The park was literally behind the flat Great for the dog It was the perfect stay The bed is enormous and very comfy Can't wait for the next time We will be back

Beautifully decorated and clean flat , perfect for our little trip as a family of 3 plus our little dog . There are toys available for the dog , dog bed and toys for little kids . The property is a short walk from the beach and shops as well as a Sainsbury’s 1min down the road , so easy to do a food shop .

Nothing

Good quiet location. No view but only about 3 mins walk to the beach ( north end which allows dogs even during summer months). Loved Lythamst anns and surrounding area. Plenty to sea. Obviously the fabulous weather added to things

Lack of outside space. Tiny yard area at back but no gate/ fence ( we were aware of this but there is a park very close to take your dog for early mornibg/late night wee). No shelf anywhere in bathroom either near sink or in shower to put your stuff and towel rail is not big enough for 2 or more towels to dry. Tried to assemble clothes airer but just failed 😅. Towels a bit tired could do with replacing.

Everything about the property was nice

The outdoor seating area , and the step down into the bathroom was a bit dodgy

CLean and comfortable and good location

Comfy Bed.

Cold ..we were freezing..felt damp...had to go out to get warm..or bed ..TV wouldn't come on....kept saying no connection....poor lighting in living room...scruffy back yard....undesirables on street..outside ..and to top it all my partner slipped in shower and banged his arm on floor..of shower.couldnt drive day the we left..so painful ..so booked another apartment for a night .which was Amazing !
